If you are interested in taking the Peer Reviewer Certification (PRC) course and/or serving as a Peer Reviewer for course reviews managed by the Minnesota Online Quality Initiative, there are seats are available at a reduced rate. There are a limited number of seats available at the reduced rate.
Pre-requisite for taking the PRC: Successful completion of the online or on-site (f2f) Applying the Quality Matters (APPQMR) workshop.
In order to receive the reduced cost, you must follow a two-step registration process.
Note: Do not register and pay at the QM site for this course. If you register first at the QM site, you will not be provided with a discounted price.
1. Register using this form and pay $100 towards your registration (full registration cost is $200) to the Minnesota Online Quality Initiative. Payment may be made with a credit card or Purchase Order.
2. Wait for an email that will provide you with the information about the next step. This email will include all of the information you'll need to choose your session at the QM website as well as what information to enter into the payment line.

Registration Refund/Cancellation Policy
The Minnesota Online Quality Initiative reserves the right to refuse/cancel a Registration/ Event due to low enrollment or other circumstances, which would make the registration or event non-viable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event or registration, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same course at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Registration cancellations received prior to course commencement may be eligible to receive a full refund. Registration Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. The registered attendee, QMC or credit card holder must make the refund request. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, course, start date and institution. Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to DeeDee.Johnson@northlandcollege.edu and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or invoice. These policies are in keeping with Quality Matters policies, and ensure that the Minnesota Online Quality Initiative will not be charged for cancellations.
